Turbo-Charged Versatility

We’ve poured decades of experience shaping performance snowboards into this all-mountain charger. The Thruster is built on the lightest core in the Nidecker line, with a powerful camber profile and a super dense sintered base that minimises drag. From early morning corduroy to blower pow, it's a versatile speed machine featuring 3D design in the nose for super smooth edge changes. Added carbon dampens the ride even at terminal velocity.

Tech Details

  • Construction

    Premium Sandwich

A step up from our standard sandwich construction that adds carbon stringers for more pop, quicker edge response and improved shock absorption.

  • Topsheet

    Absorbnid

An innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations. Enjoy a smooth ride with less fatigue.

  • Inserts

    4x2/6

6 rows of inserts at 2 cm intervals gives you maximum choice of stance width and works with any binding on the market.

  • Fiberglass

    Triax Plus

Fiberglass is woven in three directions at 45° for max stiffness. The result of extensive testing, Triax Plus uses different glass densities above and below the core to deliver more consistent torsional flex, better pop, and lightning response.

  • Core

    Light Core

An ultra lightweight core based on a lively combination of poplar and paulownia. Hardwood beech stringers down the centre enhance the overall strength and boost pop.

  • Base

    N-9000 Sintered

A lightning quick sintered base made from super dense material with a high carbon content to minimise friction. Wax it on the regs for race-level performance.

  • Added Carbon

    Pop Carbon

Carbon fiber is positioned between the inserts and the nose and tail – boosting ollie power and dampening chatter.

  • 3D Shaping

    SideKick

SideKick lifts your edges at the widest points of the nose and tail resulting in increased float in powder, smoother riding in rough terrain and effortless turn initiation.

Great Bindings

Bindings arrived well packaged. Instructions to mount were simple (no different than most bindings- with inserts to mount on older boards as well). Easy to use and step-in function is great (pay close attention to mid-strap tightness for best results). Highly recommend!

Appropriately named. Love these bindings!

I'm loving my Supermatics. Like most have said, it takes a couple times of stepping in and out of them to get the hang of it but after that, it was great. The bindings are well built and worked flawlessly for the month or so I got to use them so far. They are definitely stiffer than my previous flows but I got use to that quickly as well. They are heavy but that only matters when carrying the board and when it is hanging off your leg on the lift. All in all, I'm really happy with these bindings and would absolutely recommend them to anyone tired of sitting or bending down to strap in.

Yes!

These bindings upped my game.

Not only do they make my board more responsive, they also make it so I am not expending as much energy on the slopes and they prevent me from getting fatigued too fast.
