I love nidecker products but my experience with the small parts aren't so great

I love nidecker products but my experience with the small parts aren't so great. This is my second order in about 2 weeks for this small part. I took a nasty spill and the Y-ladder snapped in half. Went back to mammoth and the new Y ladder snapped in half again after I took another hard spill. It seems to be working fine with the snapped Y, but you can barely tell its broken.
