Key Features
One of our most popular directional boards, the Mellow brings equal parts grace and power to the Snow.Surf quiver. This is a timeless-looking craft for connecting with every turn and feeling your way down the fall line. Camber underfoot, a mid-stiff flex and aggressive sidecut keep it spicy in resort, but with more volume at the nose and early-rise rocker it drives easily through carves and truly glides in pow.
  • The Mellow features our Master Core. Two species of wood (poplar and paulownia) are combined to give the best of all worlds: light, strong and responsive.
  • More surface area at the nose increases lift in deep snow; the shorter tail sinks naturally, reducing back-leg burn.
  • The Mellow is glassed using a mix of triax and biax fibres. Along with carbon inlays at either end of the core, it gives the board a firm flex and a smooth ride.

    N-7000 Hybrid

    The sweet spot between extruded and sintered – high-density material with enhanced carbon content for better wax absorption and a faster glide, without the maintenance demands of a fully sintered base.

    Carbon fiber is positioned between the inserts and the nose and tail – boosting ollie power and dampening chatter.

This is a very fun board to ride.

The edge hold is very good on grooms or a little icy with the tight sidecut.
The rebound is quick and strong with carbon inside.

The long rockered nose can go through nasty snow. Of course it floats in powder snow.

I love my Mellow! I haven�t tried other waxes yet, other than the factory wax, it does seem a bit sticky but it was also -25 out so that�s probably the reason for that.
The board carves really good, it slashes waves of snow, and is a ton of fun! Very quick edge to edge, and floats really well in the powder. I�m super happy with this purchase!

Love the Mellow� but its done after two full services

I am riding the Mellow in 155 with the Muon-x bindings and the Altai boot. I love it! Its a great combo and it is such a nice board. However, i did two full services on the board and its base is already completely done� a bit disappointing after not even a full season. Otherwise its a great board
