Binding
I needed new bindings last minute before a snowboard trip. I had flow bindings in the past and liked them. So I figured id give them another shot. These are a vast improvement over my old Flow bindings. Easy entry and adjustabillity. Great value for the money. Great company. Fast shipping
It's a fun binding. The mountain disk give's you the opportunity to try a lot of set up for your stance and the angles. I confirm, you got to let loose the straps to finally get it out of there. At least, I'm not fighting with the straps with my stiff back. The sad part, I already saw after 3-4 uses the cable on the right binding some tear on the protections. I'm using a medium binding and the spares cable are always discontinued. I know I have a warranty on spare, but the customer services are taking longer and that's a other story. . . If I knew those cable protection tear up so fast, I would have bought the supermatic.
The bindings where good I just found a better deal and they did not fit my boots right
The bindings are good and reliable, but it is not as easy to get in and out of them (which does defeat their purpose a bit.
Still, it is value for money and it does speed up the strapping process when compared to regular bindings.
Thank you so much, your product is a game changer, my daughter loves her new bindings and enjoys slipping her boots in in seconds and she is on the go. I highly recommend this product, especially for kids!!
Perfect for learning. They feel way better than my old stiff bindings
Game changer for me! They are stiff and need some playing with to ger that smooth transition. I cannot express how quickly a good quality, easy to use binding has brought me back to an intermediate level rider. Highly recommended to several friends already.
Just WoW . Live it
Its still it easy the step in/out of binding.
First outing with my new nexus flow bindings were excellent. They fit my nidecker aeros perfectly and my boots felt snug the whole time. The bindings handled fresh powder well and some icy spots fine. The mesh on the top of the boot helps to keep the toe stable even though the toe strap doesn't wrap around the front of the boot. Once I got the hang of stepping into the binding and flipping the back pad and lock up, I was the first down the slope ahead of my crew with traditional bindings.
Can't leave a review for them as they are a gift. I'm sure he will love them . Been using bindings from when he was 19, we are upgrading at 40.
The rear-entry bindings are a game changer and the Flow Junos make it easy. Theyre supportive and adjustable!
Used them for the first time - the felt a bit narrow and I had to loosen them each time to get my boot out - my boots are size 10.5 so were in the range of the binding I purchase.
I love not having to sit down to strap myself into my bindings! But you do need a perfectly flat piece of ground or else you'll just start sliding down the mountain as you're trying to force your boot into the binding.
Since these binding are for beginners/intermediate, the features aren't all built out. For example, when unlatching the hiback, the straps are stationary unlike the Flow Omni's ActiveStrap technology. I knew that when I purchased the bindings, so I can't fault Flow for that. But can I request that the Omni come in small...pleasssse!!!
Due to the lack of ActiveStrap tech of this Juno binding, just know that this makes it more difficult to get in and out of the binding. You really need quite a bit of force to get your foot in. I had to use the hiback like a shoe-horn to leverage my boots into the bindings. It takes some adjusting to, but it seemed natural within a few trips up the lift.
I did take a star off because I quickly noticed the buckle/lever on the hiback gets scraped up on the edge of the snowboard as it rubs on it while you get your boot in the binding. Quality doesn't seem quite there, but it's ok for the price.
Present for my daughter
She really likes them because theyre easier to get in and get out of faster ,Im a skier but you dont have to wait for snow borders to sit on the snow and buckle in
After 2 days : I like the product, fit is good for a (L for size 9 US man), quality look good, A+
I've been snowboarding for over 20years and these are my first step in bindings and I think they are great! The only drawback is they can't be as tight as traditional bindings. If you tighten them too much you can't step out of the bindings easily. Takes some getting used to, but still worth it!
Best bindings ever! Dont have to sit down to get in and out of these, dont get jammed with ice like step ins.
Are binding mounting screws included?
Yes, they are :)
