The 2014 Freeride World Tour champion presents a fifteen minute yoga session perfect for kickstarting your winter and getting your ready body ready for snowboarding.

Complete with a warm up session and three yoga flow exercises, there's no need for any fancy equipment or previous experience - all you need is some floor space and a bit of time.

The session focuses on strengthening your core and loosening your hips and shoulders, crucial body zones for snowboarding, as well as stretching out your legs, making the flow perfect for unwinding after that huge powder day!
