Sarka, with her drive and competitive nature, managed to make it all the way to the top which got her a gleaming trophy case including an X games medal and three Olympic appearances, taking a respectable fifth in Sochi. Sarka's topped the podium on numerous World Cup stops in slopestyle and overall park. She is a great role model and has been a vocal public figure in snowboarding since the early 2000s. Sarka and her now wife made important steps getting gay marriage recognised and legalized in the Czech republic.
