Growing up in Sweden outside of Gothenburg my local hill had a vertical drop of 70 meters and not very often any snow. Luckily my Norwiegian stepdad had a house in the mountains and me, my brother and stepdad learnt to snowboard together and we where hooked from day one. We ended up spending every possible day in the Norwegian mountains. After school I moved to Verbier in Switzerland and discoverd the big mountains and freeriding. I loved it and worked shitty jobs in the evenings to be able to snowboard in the days. I had given up my dreams of a snowboard career but after a few seasons in the bigger mountains I wanted to test my skills in the freeride competitions. I realized that i loved it and my quest for the Freeride world tour started and after a few seaon of coming up short I qualified for the World tour where I ended up wih a couple of podiums and a win. Now days I'm taking care of the Nidecker team and riding as muck powder as possible.
