A week ago, Polo Delerue climbed the Mont Blanc (4’810 m) to support the application at the Olympic winter games in 2018 with the SNCF athletes. They slept two nights at “l’aiguille du midi” it’s at 3’800 meters ! The third day, they crossed the White Valley (Vallée Blanche). It was necessary that everyone become familiar with the different variety of climbing at high altitude, and most importantly, overcomes his fear of heights. They had to climb Mount Blanc the following day, but unfortunately the weather decided otherwise. Once at the top, they waited Pascal Nidecker with the photographer and cameraman to make this picture with the SNCF’s banner.
